Veteran police Xu Guozhu, Cui Tiejun, and Pan Jianghai held a remarkable record during times of war. Once the walking manifestation of justice and guardians of the people, they've now settled for office tasks as they aged and younger officers such as Lin Nan began to take over fieldwork.
